We want you to love your Ekster gear, but if it is not the right fit, you can return or exchange your items within 45 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
